What's Your Story
I’ve been in the digital and brand-building space for 25+ years. I’ve watched the evolution of the Internet and digital marketing shift the advertising paradigm toward consumer-centricity where brand building is concerned. As marketers navigate this new reality, it’s my job to help them build connections, experiences and relationships with the people they wish to serve. It’s an exciting time in the healthcare space – more than ever, people need access to support, information and community as they navigate the spectrum of getting healthy and staying healthy. I love working with companies and brands to build those bridges of information, dialogue and hope. It’s what drives my every day.
Your Biggest Achievement?
Taking a start-up digital shop and building it into a first-in-category digital agency that served some of the most notable consumer brands around and eventually became a full-service, digital-first ad agency.
Being a leader (serving others), breaking through barriers (real and perceived), challenging the status-quo (always evolve), exploring “what if” (because yes, and…), analogies (I’m full of them), eating elephants (that’s a metaphor, people!), bowling (it’s the Minnesotan in me), and dachshunds (mine are Buddy and Snickers). Oh, and mac and cheese!
Crystal balls, not trying, choosing to be stuck, narrow mindedness, core workouts, airplane shenanigans, people who drive 40 mph in the left lane, and sloppiness.
